Having worked with ITC , I got this opportunity to visit “ITC Park Sheraton & Towers”   in order to compile a blog on the same

ITC Park Sheraton is a 283 luxuriously built hotel located 12 km from the airport.

During the visit to the hotel, I contacted the front office manager and asked him if I could test my selling skills at the hotel Reservation System. The software used for Room Reservation System is “Opera”. After gathering information about the hotel , I handled a few queries reaching the reservation department. Also I handled  the welcome assistance where hotel guests generally call for assistance. The immediate competitor of ITC Park Sheraton is “Taj Coromondel”

The  published room Rates vary from 14000-50000/-

During the rounds in the hotel , I observed key points of the hotel’s restaurant  and banqueting Facilities. The cuisines and restaurant facilities available at the hotel are as follows:-

·          Dublin-the Night Club

·          The Westminister

·          On the Rocks

Besides that ITC Park Sheraton & Towers has 3 Banquet Halls offering about 9000 sq ft of flexible meeting space.

Sadly no food Promotions were going on . Mostly guests were on Welcombreak Package (Holiday Break Package for Families).
